Please take your voter registration card with you. Any registered Richardson voter is eligible to vote for Pris Hayes. Members of the Richardson City Council are elected for two-year terms on a nonpartisan basis. The current Council is comprised of seven members - one resident from each of the City’s four quadrants and three others at large.
